What is the general premise of the video? -I believe the general premise of this video is that the creator is trying to portray his worries about humanity's growing disregard for the world around them and worrying enthrallment with their cellphones and the wonders of the internet in general. Is the video effective in conveying it's intended message? -Yes, I believe that this video is extremely effective in portraying its intended message. Every scene seemed to have a reference or modern internet culture-some of them practically blatantly stating what or who they were about. Do you feel that this is more of a cautionary story (a warning) or more of an examination of our current social situation? Why? - I feel that this video is more of an examination of our current social situation due to the fact that it does not describe a possible future situation, but depicts a large number of things that are and can be easily viewed in life today. ...

Describe the scene The woman is climbing a latter in order to retreive her washing from electrical wires. In the picture you can see Clothes, clouds, the woman, ladder, boulders, grass, a house. *In position background there is/are a house. *In position foreground there is/are the woman and her washing. *In position midground there is/are boulders and grass. The people ( the objects) look as if they could really be as they are in the photo. The viewer's attention is focused on The woman on the ladder. The photo is vivid The photo makes us feel lax The picture makes us think about getting away from the bustle of everyday life It looks like a summers day? The photographer mainly uses colours. The photographer uses electrical wires to express danger. He/She (probably) wants...
Your photo looks like the fear of needles. The exaggerated emotion in the girls face really adds to the picture, she looks genuinely scared. If I would change anything it would be the font of the type, just to fit more the style of the photo.
ReplyDeleteI believe the fear this photo is conveying would be the fear of needles. This photo is successful in conveying the fear because you can clearly see the needle and the girls emotion toward the needle. One constructive comment I would make would be to change the background color to be more of a dark, scared color or over exaggerate the size of the needle.
ReplyDeleteThe fear of needles. This is very effective with the look of terror on the woman's face as she looks directly at the needle. The details of the needle were a little blurry to me at first. Overall good job.
